DELIVERY INFO

We ship Produts worldwide, recognizing that international delivery costs can be significant. However, we strive to balance cost-effectiveness with reliability by selecting reputable carriers such as Fedex, DHL, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, and more for each country. Please note the estimated delivery times:
    • 7-15 days to arrive in USA, Ireland, UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, Australia and Netherlands;
    • 10-30 days to arrive in other countries.
    In rare cases, delays may occur due to shipping bottlenecks or customs clearance. If you have any concerns about delivery times to your country, feel free to reach out to us at contact@klyfeshop.com. We're here to assist you.
    • Shipping Costs

      Shipping is often free on Klyfe Shop. However, there are exceptions for certain countries: Bahrain, China, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Albania, Croatia, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Isle Of Man, Egypt, South Africa, India, Israel, Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, South Korea, where a shipping fee of $99.40 applies.

     

    • Order Confirmation and Shipment Updates

      Throughout the process, we'll send multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice. Check your Junk folder in case these emails land there, and if you suspect an incorrect email entry, please contact us at contact@klyfeshop.com so we can rectify it.



    • Checking Order Status

      You can check your order status here, simply by inputting your Order ID (starting with WPN and four numbers) and the email address used for your order.



    • Orders with Multiple Items

      For orders with multiple items, each package is assigned a unique tracking ID, as items may be shipped from different locations overseas.

     

    • Product Shipment Locations

      Orders are shipped from our US, Australian, or Asian warehouses based on your address and the items ordered.

      • Import Tax Responsibility

        While we strive to minimize custom taxes, Klyfe Shop cannot control or take responsibility for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


      • Unreceived Orders

        If your order hasn't arrived within the specified time, track it online first and then reach out to our customer service team at contact@klyfeshop.com for further assistance.

     

    • Order Changes or Cancellations

      If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at contact@klyfeshop.com. Once the warehouse processes your order, changes become challenging.
