  • Condition of Your Item: If any part of your Product set is damaged or not of the quality you expected to receive, please send us a photo of your product. Our Quality team will check what happened and may send you another product. To be eligible for a new product shipment, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Cancellation Policy: In the event you wish to cancel or change something on your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you placed your order: contact@klyfeshop.com

    We are unable to process the requested cancellation after 24 hours because the package has already been shipped. We process orders very quickly so that we can get your order to you as fast as possible. However, once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

  • Refund Policy: If the product you received is damaged, different from what you have ordered, or had problems with delivery, let us know! Please send us an email at contact@klyfeshop.com or hit us up on Fanpage or Instagram. We analyze each case individually and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@klyfeshop.com
